The Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms with their own private shower rooms. The two bedrooms located upstairs are air-conditioned.
The master bedroom with its large bay windows and no overlooking views has a 200x200 bed, a flat-screen television with all channels and a bathtub in the bedroom that will allow you to relax in a bubble bath whilst enjoying the view.
The second upstairs bedroom has a 180x200 bed, a television and its private terrace.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a Queen Size bed that opens directly onto the terrace with its mirror pool.
The cathedral lounge offers the living space a magnificent ceiling height, and thus, a luminosity and a sense of space that defy all competition. It is furnished with a large white leather corner sofa and a flat-screen television with all channels.
The elegant kitchen has been designed in a refined and modern style with all its elements integrated in a way that blends into the décor. It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with 4 king-size beds and a double sofa bed. It also has 4 bathrooms, 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub. Bed linen is provided.
The American kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), will allow you to prepare your meals. A barbecue is also at your disposal in the garden.
You can enjoy the private swimming pool with sea and garden views. Leisure facilities (table tennis, billiards) are also available. A terrace and balcony complete the outdoor spaces.
A covered private car park with 5 spaces is at your disposal, including a covered garage with a charging point for hybrid cars.
Ideal for families as we provide 1 travel cot and 2 baby booster seats, for couples or groups of friends, this villa will offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay in Tahiti.

The security deposit is mandatory and must be paid no later than forty-eight (48) hours before arrival and check-in. Failure to do so may result in access to the accommodation being refused and the reservation not being refunded.
It can be paid by bank transfer, cheque in XPF, credit card or cash, remotely or at our offices in Tahiti.
For payments by cheque or cash, the deposit is not cashed, except in the event of damage or charges attributable to the traveller. In the absence of any loss, it is returned after deduction of any damage found following verification at check-out, within a maximum of fifteen (15) working days. A refund by bank transfer can be made upon request.
