Welcome to Villa Aorai Hill & Pool, located in ARUE, on the main island of Tahiti. The villa welcomes you in a lush and peaceful setting, with a spectacular and unobstructed view of the island of Moorea. Ideally situated close to the city centre, shops, restaurants and hotels, the villa is located on the heights of the famous Belvédère, a sought-after location for its breathtaking panoramas.
An exceptional property, spacious and private, entirely enclosed and privatised, spanning 150 m² of living space in the heart of a vast 2,000 m² plot. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The large lush garden invites you to relax, take walks and contemplate the panoramic view over the lagoon. A cascade pool completes this idyllic setting, perfect for a stay with family or friends.
For hiking enthusiasts, there are several trails to explore and discover for any nature lover, including Mount Aorai (a local guide is recommended for this hike).
The house comprises 3 bedrooms with storage space in each and a pedestal fan:
- 1 bedroom with queen size bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each equipped with toilets, to guarantee privacy and practicality for all occupants. For your comfort, towels are provided, as well as shower gel and shampoo, available upon your arrival.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as at home. You will find:
- A large refrigerator with freezer
- An oven and dishwasher for added convenience. Essential small appliances: coffee maker, toaster, kettle
All the crockery and utensils necessary for preparing your dishes. Enjoy 2 dining areas: Indoors, in a cool and relaxed atmosphere
Outdoors, under the covered terrace offering an exceptional view of nature and the lagoon. The ideal place to share meals with family or friends, in a convivial atmosphere.

The main villa has been divided into 2 and arranged so that you feel at home
Access to the property will be via the large common gate. You will benefit from 2 private parking spaces and your independent access to your accommodation.
This part of the house comprises a large living room, a spacious open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a covered terrace and a large swimming pool.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as the living room.
The total sleeping capacity is 5 adults and the corner sofa can be converted into sleeping accommodation for 2 young children (on request).
The owner of the property will be delighted to prepare breakfast for you if you wish. Continental or Tahitian, your choice! this service is offered as a supplement.
The covered terrace will allow you to have your meals in absolute peace, around a barbecue or a game of table tennis.
You will relax by the poolside; an outdoor shower is also at your disposal.
Towels and pool towels are provided by your host.
A baby cot is also available free of charge on request as well as a baby bath for your child's comfort.
You are 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Papeete city centre. Ideal location to discover Tahiti from the east coast or the west coast.
