On the lagoon's edge, there is a beautiful swimming pool with its terrace and sun loungers for sunbathing. A Fare Pote is at your disposal with tables and benches for aperitifs and meals, and to admire the sunsets over the lagoon.

For the children's enjoyment, a pool with turtles is located behind the dining room.

EVENTS:
- Attention, events and parties without our prior authorisation are forbidden!

- The presence of a security guard may be requested depending on client requirements.

- Beyond 28 people, if additional people wish to join during the day, a supplement of 2,500 XPF will be applied for guests (up to a maximum of 40 people during the day)

- The dining room can be hired for meals only or evening events (9 hours of hire). This does not include crockery or meals. The caterer must bring all their equipment and crockery with them. Waste is the responsibility of the caterer or group.

- Any nuisance that causes neighbourhood disturbance will result in forfeiture of the deposit. (music is authorised within reasonable limits, respecting neighbours and at convenient times..)

- If a number of people exceeding the number indicated on the reservation is found, the deposit will be forfeited.

- For musical evenings, request authorisation from the town hall for parties after 21:00. (noise nuisance without authorisation after 21:00 will result in forfeiture of the deposit)
