Condo Orovini is spacious and bright. The main room is divided into 2 distinct spaces:
- An equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, sit at the table and enjoy yourself.
- A lounge with wifi Internet, a Smart TV and a king size sofa bed for the 5th and 6th adult sleeping arrangements.
The master bedroom with California King size bed is air-conditioned, with plenty of storage (wardrobe), a Smart TV and a desk area.
The guest bedroom with a King size bed is equipped with air conditioning, a fan and a reading corner for relaxation.
The bathroom comprises a double sink, a shower and a toilet with a hairdryer available.
You will appreciate the peace and quiet of the place, the proximity to the city centre, Vaima shopping centre, the Market and restaurants.
TO NOTE:
The swimming pool is located at a higher level and offers an unobstructed view to the sea.
Parking is free and unrestricted, you can easily park along the Residence building.
